During the 18-month dyno system manufacture, DSI embarked on the design and build of a unique test cell facility, to house our traditional powertrain test cells and the new AVL system.

The test cells incorporate advanced cooling systems to heating, ventilation, plumbing, acoustic engineering and electrical works. All systems incorporate advanced measurement and control facilities to ensure accurate and repeatable test outcomes.

A significant amount of engineering went into the design and building process, culminating in a unique test system, the only one of its kind currently in the Southern Hemisphere.
